The deal involves a payment of €22m upfront, plus an additional €3m in bonuses. There is also an agreement in place regarding a 50% sell-on clause as part of the contract.
Real Betis had initially withdrawn from negotiations on Friday, but discussions continued over the weekend, and an agreement was reached last night.
Antony has expressed his desire to return to Betis, reminiscent of his successful six-month loan spell in Seville last season.
