The pair will join the non-league team on a work experience loan, allowing them to gain senior football experience.
They will link up with New Milton Town during pre-season and continue with the side going into the 2025/26 campaign.
This move is expected to provide valuable experience for Upstell and Dixon as they develop their skills in a more competitive environment.
Danny Dixon, one of the goalkeepers, was signed by Bournemouth in January from Arsenal.
