Arsenal has announced that they have reached a mutual agreement with Jorginho to end his contract immediately. This decision allows Jorginho to join Flamengo and be eligible to play in the upcoming Club World Cup this month.

During his time at Arsenal, which began in January 2023, Jorginho made 78 appearances for the team.
