The agreement was reached after the recommendation of coach Carlos Corberan, who valued Foulquier's contributions during their successful campaign to avoid relegation last season.
In his time at Valencia, Foulquier has played a total of 137 official games. Last season, he played a crucial role, appearing in 34 games and accumulating 2,456 minutes across Liga and Copa del Rey matches.
At 32 years old, Foulquier joined Valencia in 2020, having previously played for Granada.
