However, Inter Milan is not the only team interested in Leoni. Liverpool is also considering making a move for the Parma defender this summer.
According to reports, Liverpool sees Leoni as a suitable replacement for Ibrahima Konate, who is set to leave the team due to his expiring contract. Konate's current deal is in its final 12 months.
Parma is open to selling Leoni, but they are looking to get a good price for the defender. The starting price for Leoni's transfer is reportedly €40m, and Inter Milan has so far offered €30m.
