He has joined Raków Częstochowa on a season-long loan, allowing him to gain more experience.

Originally, Zych joined Villa from Zaglebie Lubin in the summer of 2020.

Before this, he had spent time on loan with Puszcza Niepolomice, and was also part of Poland's provisional squad for the 2024 European Football Championship.

Currently, Zych represents Poland in the U21 national team.
