"We should lament the loss of a talented player, but we should also consider the culture of Manchester United that may have contributed to Rashford's departure," Jordan said. He pointed out that Rashford's fitness issues in the past may have been partly due to the club's handling of his schedule, including allowing him to go on holiday for two weeks before undergoing shoulder surgery.

Jordan believes that the player and the club share responsibility for Rashford's situation. He thinks that if Manchester United had created a culture that valued and respected opportunities, Rashford may not have been distracted by outside influences.

Rashford is the first English player to join Barcelona since Gary Lineker in 1986. Jordan is optimistic about Rashford's chances of success with Barcelona, citing his desire to escape the toxic culture at Manchester United.

"I think Rashford will be successful at Barcelona because he's getting away from Manchester United's toxic culture, both on and off the pitch," Jordan said.
