Bergvall, 19, had a close call with a goal in the first 60 seconds of the match against Burnley, who are still adjusting to the Premier League's high level of competition. Tottenham had a strong start to the season, following a close loss to Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Super Cup.
Bergvall commended Frank and his team for their excellent start, which has been a smooth transition after the departure of former manager Ange Postecoglou. Postecoglou had helped the team win the Europa League before leaving.
“It's been a really good start to the season," Bergvall said. "We've had a good performance against PSG, and it's been a smooth transition under Thomas Frank."
Bergvall made 45 appearances in all competitions last season under Postecoglou, who saw a lot of potential in the young playmaker. Bergvall believes that Spurs are on the hunt for another trophy, which could become a regular occurrence under Frank's leadership.
“We take every game at a time, and our goal is to win the Champions League and other trophies," Bergvall said. "Every week is a new game, so we focus on one match at a time."
